At the Canada Revenue Agency, he led the Electronic Payroll (ePayroll) prototyping and experimentation division, where he spearheaded AI and data research, developed governance frameworks, and coordinated collaborations across multiple departments and agencies to collect taxpayer payroll data in near-real time.
